Newly single and open to possibilities

I find myself single again, and ready for whatever life brings my way. This whole online thing was -at one point in my life- my area of expertise (half joking). Now I find myself completely out of practice and not sure what to say or what to expect. Like should I say “slay” every other sentence? Or should I not use punctuation? Or abbreviate every word? Not sure TBH. But I will give it a try. I’m a well educated, professional, successful, well read, well travelled, cultured, and all around decent conversation. (I think. You be the judge). I recently signed up in hope of finding a connection and chemistry with that special someone. I know this sounds cliche, but that is what I mean when I say “I’m open to the possibilities”. If the connection and chemistry are not there, then what hope there is for anything more. Right? I came to this site with really no expectations or assumptions. Just hoping to enjoy the ride.
