Sometimes, the perfect weekend is simply relaxing, getting some rest, or enjoying time at home with family and the people I love. Other times, it’s going out and enjoying something planned or completely spontaneous. I appreciate both, the right company is what makes either one special.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
No, that’s physical attraction.
How many kids would you like to have?
I would have loved to have three or four, but I ended up with one. I simply didn’t meet the right man at the right time to have the family I envisioned. But if you have children, maybe together we can complete the family I always wanted. Of course, only if we both want that and truly connect. We don’t necessarily have to live together.
How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
Physical appearance isn’t something I focus on; what matters to me is how healthy you look and how well you take care of yourself.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
The power to expose the truth. No political promises, no corruption, no profit from illness, wars, or weapons. Just truth and real education, so people can think for themselves and make their own choices.
What is the purpose of marriage?
To share lives, ideas, goals, dreams, and promises; to think and act differently while still choosing to walk together; to unite two families who were once complete strangers; and above all, to honor the commitment. It doesn’t mean it has to last forever. If the time comes to take different paths, be honest about it.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
Not listening when my instincts kept warning me and allowing myself to accept things I didn’t want because of pressure from others
What do your friends like about you most?
The way I protect a secret. The way I achieve what I set my mind to. Decisive, capable, and creative.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
I always wish them a happy birthday on the wrong day. Every single one of them.
What gets on your nerves?
Disloyalty, hypocrisy: People who portray a false personality and a fake life to interfere in my life. Changing your age is lying too… and it shows.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Communication, loyalty, and respect, Respect in each other’s absence. A relationship is like a good meal. Prepare it with the finest ingredients. Respecting time and individual processes, and that includes grieving.
What's the best age to get married?
When each person is ready and wants to.
What turns you off?
A sports team T-shirt, bad smell, showing up to a date in flip-flops, or not making an effort to look good for me. Not discovering, asking, or not keeping in mind what I like. Monotony. (Variety is VITAL to keep me interested). Sensuality, not sexuality
What turns you on?
White flowers, especially calla lilies. A surprise dinner at home, coming up with a spontaneous date for us to meet, dressing in linen, wearing something I gave you on a date with me, and sometimes leaving a little stubble, but well groomed. Discovering what I like where to touch and remembering it. Creativity is VITAL.
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
I’m not waiting five years. I’m doing it now. Enjoying my life and my family, just as I do today, with less time devoted to work. In 5 years maybe with someone special who becomes part of my family.
