Any recommendations for local Arabic classes?

I took a college roomate and her hubby to Habibi cafe last weekend. So much fun. The smoking and the drinking kind of offset any running Ive done but once in a while it's OK to indulge in while. While Im a liberal in some ways and like to provoke discussions, I am very conservative which is I why I dont date alot or hit the bars (hooka or otherwise). I relocated to Sacramento last June and aside from the Hooka bar down the street I am kind of nostalgic for the little Gaza or was it little Giza near my former home in OC. Im vegetarian but not vegan. I have a dog named Hooka and a cat named after Sacramento's useless point guard. I found this site on a whim looking for hotels in Tunisia. That was a great trip. My worst quality is I can have a hour long conversation with a wall. It may be an hour I will never get back but I believe everyone deserves at least one shot. I believe everyone has a redeeming quality. I just hate idiots. In short Im the kind of tall haha woman you can take to coffee or a sports bar and have a good time. If that good time involves taking me "home", go to the next profile. Looking For: I have a small group of mostly girlfriends Ive kept in touch with since college and the random Arabic class. Most of my guy friends are runners. Most are old and married. Or young and fast and I cant keep up with them. Like I said in my "match narrative" hopefully future friends read my bio and can extrapolate whether or not they want to be friends with me.

Describe the perfect evening.

My sense of humor, compassion.... how about sarcasm? Did I not cover this already. For the perfect weekend see above. For the perfect evening..... Assuming work is not too stressful. I get home about 5 take the dog out for a 4-6 mile easy run. Eat dinner at a great restaurant- but casual as I would probably be sweaty-- or go home, shower and cook dinner- who am I kidding Im not a night person... this is not a good question....NEXT

How many kids would you like to have?

If kids you mean by the human type- ZERO...SIFR...NADA. Children are cute when they are quiet and not interrupting my meal or airline flight or conversation. I have pets. They take care of my maternal instinct and require less care.

How important is someone's physical appearance to you?

Like the majority of white-American females who do not have eating disorders- (again how many people did I offend) Id love to loose a few pounds.... next question

If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?

Turn all annoying children into cute dogs or rabbits and sterilize unfit mothers and fathers to keep them from reproducing. The benefits to society would be obvious at least to me.

What do your friends tease you about the most?

My laringitis which happens a few times a year due the fact I do talk alot.

What gets on your nerves?

Ignorance. Specifically trying to explain away stereotypes of Arabs to non-Arab friends. Eg: no men do not treat women like cattle. No: of the few Arabic or Muslim women I know none of them wear a burka.

What is the most important thing in a relationship?

Honesty and shared values. For a romantic relationship you obviously have to be attracted to the person.

What turns you off?

Again ignorance and someone who does not respect my values.

What turns you on?

Good question. Please extrapolate from the above.

What do you hope to be doing five years from now?

Hopefully not in the same job but I said that almost 6 years ago. Good question.
