Depends on your definition of love. To care for someone more than yourself I would say is a good definition. Attraction at first interaction is more realistic.

Might be too late for me. So will say none but if it happens I would still be grateful. It's a decision to be made by two individuals and not me alone.

Attraction is required for a happy long term relationship.

Declaration of commitment. Mostly a contractual agreement these days if you keep tradition out of it really. In essence, it's paperwork.
