Hoping you are the one for me

I am just a guy who is tired of relationships that don't work out, maybe it's my fault though for looking in the wrong places. I'm not trying to force love but I am ready to do my best to make sure my next girlfriend is happy and can be with me forever. I just want her to also make an effort to make sure we're happy and be loyal and honest with me. It's easy to find someone to have fun with, but I really feel like even though I'm only 31, I'm not getting any younger either. My dream has always been to have a nice family with a lady who is worth my time, have a dog and a house etc. I would like to have kids and if possible be the only one who works but these days women don't like to stay at home much so who knows. I don't expect a slave but I do expect her to be loving and be able to appreciate me, someone who will be around through good and bad times (but I will do my best to make sure it's mostly good). Does that sound reasonable and like something you would be willing to try? I just got back from Monterrey, Mexico after 8 years of teaching at a couple of universities there.
