Would like friends from countries ending in "stan"

I'm a typical American who likes atypical things: dabkeh dancing, reading world literature, traveling in the Middle East, learning Islamic languages, and meeting cool people from all over the world. Looking For: I'd like to meet people from many places in the "Islamic world". I don't care what religion they're from. If you ever feel like you don't fit in because you feel like you're part of more than one culture, then I could be your friend. Sometimes society wants us to be more like everybody else. People want us to be Americans, Arabs, Indians, etc., but sometimes we are all of those things at the same time. I like meeting people that aren't afraid of being themselves, even if that means that they aren't really fully Arab, or fully American, for fully whatever.
