Salam..:)

I live in the US..my heart is anywhere but. I love to travel, but I haven't done so in a while. I've backpacked all over Europe - Greece, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Holland, England..I think travel is the thing I am most passionate about in life.. In the US, or in my home town at least, I find it difficult to meet people with a true desire for global experiences,.. I'm quite sure they are out there, I just haven't met any..I cant get enough of Europe, and would love to see it all again, but now I want to see Africa & the MidEast.. The different ways people interpret life I think is fascinating, I love culture..I'm interested to meet people from all over..I'd like penpals in different parts..Right now I have my sights set on getting a certificate to teach English oversees..But on the other hand I think about getting the qualifications to teach at University with summers off..Unfortunately, Americans cant work in the EU, otherwise I'd just work my way around the globe doing a bit of this and a bit of that..Its sad to know that its not possible to truly know all corners of this world.. I'm sort of torn between the idea of a settled life with someone special and a life in pursuit of my greatest passion, travel..for right now, I'm just looking to exchange words with someone new.. Looking For: Its not possible to order a soulmate..So even if I do have a particular type and set of characteristics that interests me, describing him here is not going to make much difference ..So Instead I'll just say a bit more about me.. One of the best things in this world is watching a sun set. Some of the most incredible I've seen have been in Italy..Really nice are ones where you stand on some high terrace or piazza overlooking the orange rooftops of the city as the light fades..I paint, mainly landscapes, the mediterranean..I despise TV even though I occassionaly watch it..In movies I love big stories, epics, set in another time and place..I'm an escape artist, I escape the every-day and mundane in varied and unique ways... I love the idea of British pub life, the idea that every neighborhood or set of friends has its local gathering place, and you can just walk in on any given evening and run into someone you know and one by one all the people you know begin strolling in..
