Serious about an honest relationship and looking for someone serious

I am a simple person that lived in USA for a while and want a serious woman that wants to build a family and I do not have time to waste. I am a mid thirties old man, open-minded and a good listener. My match requirements are so simple too. The most important one is being open-minded, educated, and funny character and able to understand the difficulties of the life in USA. Other characteristics would be discussed later on.
