Keeping up with the times…
I do love technology. Actually, this is in general what I have studied and built my career around…but I have always been very traditional when it comes to meeting people. I guess there’s no shame in finally realizing and admitting that the “arena” has evidently shifted to cyberspace :) For those who like a quick history…I was born in Alexandria, lived in Paris, mainly grew up in Abu Dhabi, moved to Eastern Canada (Kingston & Montreal), and THEN finally Western Canada – Calgary, where I have spent the last 8 years. So obviously I love traveling and learning about new cultures! I think it is the one most mind-expanding thing you can treat yourself to…I am career driven, focused on self-development, thoughtful and caring, BUT most importantly, I will make you laugh :) Finding your life partner, or even just making friends, relies on a great deal of fate regardless of whether you have met them face-to-face or online. So I guess what I expect here is to take it step-by-step, and hope, at the very least, for a positive experience no matter what the outcome is. Sure. It's how first impressions are made
What is the purpose of marriage?
I think marriage is an important chapter in anybody's life. To find somebody you want to spend the rest of your life with, start a family with, and leave a legacy with...nothing more special than that.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
Nothing comes easy. You have to work hard to become somebody. Always respect yourself, and you will be amazed at how much respect you earn.
What do your friends like about you most?
Being someone they can always rely on, no matter what the circumstances are.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
Nothing in particular...but I always tease back! :)
What gets on your nerves?
I would have to say...stupidity.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Open communication all the time, honesty, trust, and compromise
What turns you off?
Pretentiousness, arrogance, materialism, lack of purpose
What turns you on?
Femininity.
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Married. Kids. And a developing career.
