Looking for well-educated and honest lady...

I am a divorced professional businessman with three grown out of house kids. I am mentally and financially stable and more importantly, drama-free. (I definitely don't like unnecessary drama, life is too short!) I like listening to my 70's & 80"s music and like being on the beach. I also lead a healthy lifestyle by walking, swimming, biking or exercising "almost" daily :) I own my business thus allowing me to split my time between Dallas and Panama City beach. Civically active in my city and always welcome an intellectual conversation with a sprinkle of good humor (The Egyptian in me!) Although I just became 64, I look and feel much younger than my age.
