What bite?! hmmm, confused and gallable

I am shy at times, outgoing, confidence, little cocky, I know what I want, in any type of a relationship (honesty, communication, trust, and respect have to be earned), without it, only going for a downfall. I say what's in my mind and follow my intiutions to understand people. Looking For: Someone who is little shy, outgoing, not too selfish,inconsiderate, good moral values, giving and etc. Someone who is open minded and understand what the person is trying to say rather then jumping into conclusion. Someone that understands the persons heart rather then what others have to say about them. Someone who takes care of themselves and who appreciates the small things.
