In their own words

It's difficult talking about yourself and using the word "I" over and over but here goes: I am a Confident and very self reliant guy. I like to do things myself instead of rely on other people. I like to laugh with everyone around me despite my unintentional imposing presence. I look 10 years younger than my age and my friends think I am an interesting combination of technical ability and artistic creativity. For example I work in computers but fix my own corvettes and also write and record original music. I've been told that I have a big heart, am very loving and generous. I feel that I have a lot of personality to offer and will never ever be boring. Looking For: I would love to meet someone who is EASY going and places an emphasis on the relationship with their partner. My ideal match is someone who wants a loving companion to enjoy life with. This woman has to appreciate intelligence and be able to see the inner person. It would be great if she were attractive and playful too.I also don't like phony games or being pretentious... I would love to connect with someone like me in that sense. Ok enough about me. BTW, If I email you and you don't respond politely, you're not the sensitive type and not for me. It's a character test and most girls have failed it really. That never ceases to amaze me after all the boastful self descriptions I read.

Insights
Describe the perfect evening.
It depends. Sometimes it's spiffing up and going out on the town exploring cultural and social events and sometimes it's snuggling up on the couch watching a movie and munching on popcorn. I can do either and anything in between.
How many kids would you like to have?
I'd love to have kids. I wouldn't mind connecting with someone who already has kids. I feel that love isn't dependant on being biologically connected.
How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
I'd take away 20 pounds, add hair and take away the glasses. I swear I could be dangerous if I also looked really good :-)
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
I would sprinkle a magical powder of tolerance and understanding into the air and eventually pair up EVERYONE with someone they are compatible with. The rest of life would take care of itself and we would finally see utopia. Nice thoughts but unrealistic.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
that I'm still alone. I'm honestly not that picky but just haven't met many interesting women.
What gets on your nerves?
GROUCHY people. ESCPECIALLY in the morning. I'm the kind of guy who wakes up happy and whistling
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
PEACE, happy times and eventually love and trust. I'd like to build good memories and the only way to do that is through understanding and love
What turns you off?
GROUCHY PEOPLE! people who are stubborn and SELFISHNESS!!!!
What turns you on?
A happy Playful presence. A twinkly smile, a helpful thoughtful attitude. LAUGHTER!!!!
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Physically, I'd like to eventually build a home in Florida and retire there. Emotionally, I'll hopefully find someone to share the rest of my life with and grow old with. Everything else can stay the same.
